Singer Ciara tied the knot to Seattle Seahawks quarterback, Russell Wilson last Wednesday at an intimate ceremony at Peckforton Castle, in England. The stunning bride wore a jaw-dropping lace-up Roberto Cavalli couture gown, handcrafted by creative director Peter Dundas, complete with bell sleeves and a cathedral-length train.
“Ciara wanted to feel like a princess, which is also her middle name,” Dundas said of the inspiration behind his design. “She liked the idea of several layers and was open to many of my suggestions, such as the wheat motif in the embroideries, which symbolises prosperity and happiness.” Dundas told British Vogue.
Wilson proposed with a huge 16-carat diamond engagement ring (see last photo below!) whist on vacation in the Seychelles, in March.
